Cancellation Policy

Tiara Alysse Nicholson (the “Service Provider") shall provide the following services to the Client: Financial Coaching. This will include: • Simplifying complex financial concepts to transform how the Client approaches money; • Providing knowledge, tools, and strategies for the Client to build their own lasting financial success and achieve financial independence. The services provided under this agreement are intended to offer coaching based on the Service Provider's expertise. The Service Provider is not a licensed financial advisor and does not offer financial advising services. The client is encouraged to seek professional financial advice from a licensed advisor for any pertinent financial matters. The Client will pay the Service Provider a nonrefundable retainer fee of $25.00 USD. The retainer fee will reflect Service Provider’s rate of $25.00 per workshop including expenses, and applied as follows: • Research performed by the Service Provider on behalf of the Client; • Coaching services (including all of the aforementioned services detailed in Section 1 of this agreement) provided by the Service Provider. The Client acknowledges that all information, materials, and coaching services provided by the Service Provider are proprietary and confidential. This proprietary information includes, but is not limited to, methodologies, techniques, processes, and any other intellectual property developed by the Service Provider. The Client agrees not to use, share, distribute, or disclose any proprietary information to any third parties without the express written consent of the Service Provider. Any unauthorized use or disclosure of proprietary information will be subject to penalties as outlined in this agreement. The Client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service Provider, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this agreement. This release includes, but is not limited to, any actions, omissions, or negligence by the service provider. The Client acknowledges that the Service Provider makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of the services provided and accepts full responsibility for their use of the information and coaching services. The Client is encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence to determine if the information and coaching provided are suitable for their specific needs.
